Tape coating

Laser adhesive back-coating
Coat PVC or ABS tape with laser-activated adhesive, then cool and rewind it for the next process.
Film lamination
EM-25
Adhesive film lamination
Bond adhesive film to edge banding tape with hot air, ready for a separate laser edgebanding process.
Panel edgebanding
Contour edgebander
External curved panel edges
Apply tape to external curved panel edges with hot-air heating. Trim the edges manually afterwards.

Prepare the tape.
Then edge the panel.
Tape preparation and panel edgebanding are separate operations. Review the material, adhesive layer and downstream equipment together.
